Plan, implement and monitor project activities in line with organizational goals and donor requirements
Participate in developing and fine-tuning business development model/framework along with project team
Develop and implement detailed activity work plans for business mentors • Understand and Coordinate implementation per agreed work plan/implementation plan
Prepare progress reports, budgets and documentation for internal and external audiences
Ensure project compliance with organizational policies and humanitarian standards
Conduct needs assessments and contribute to project proposals development
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Economics and Business development or related fields
Minimum 2 years' experience in project management within humanitarian or development sectors
Experience in program monitoring, coordination and information management
Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills & problem-solving skills
Experience in writing hig-quality progress report
Willingness and ability to work efficiently with diverse group of people
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
