How long does verification take?
Document review typically takes 1–3 working days after you submit. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as the decision is made.
What documents are accepted for verification?
ID of the authorised representative, commercial registration or trade license, NGO incorporation document, or an official government letter. One document is sufficient. Accepted formats: PDF, JPG, PNG.
Difference between jobs and tenders?
Jobs are for individual hiring (employees, consultants, volunteers). Tenders are RFPs for goods, services, or projects — directed at companies and contractors.
Can I publish both from one account?
Yes. A single employer account supports both. Jobs are available to everyone (3/month free); tenders come with a paid post pack.
What if my verification is rejected?
You'll receive an email explaining the reason — usually unclear documents or missing information. You can update and re-submit from your settings.
Can I edit a listing after publishing?
Yes, you can edit anytime from "My Jobs" in your account, or close listings once a role is filled.
How do candidates contact us?
You set the application method when posting — either a dedicated email or an external link to your own application system.
Is WorkLink a recruitment agency?
No. WorkLink is a digital platform for posting and matching. We're not a recruitment agency and don't take percentage commissions on listings.
