The Role  
We’re looking for a Content Designer to own our visual presence—from landing pages to brand assets to social content. You’ll be the creative force behind how Pica looks and feels across every touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

• Design landing pages, marketing materials, and product visuals
  
  
• Shape and evolve our brand identity
  
  
• Create content for social, ads, presentations, and more
  
  
• Work closely with product and marketing to bring ideas to life
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of design experience
  
  
• Strong portfolio showing range across web, brand, and content design
  
  
• Mastery of industry-standard tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  
  
• Comfortable with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, or similar)
  
  
• Sharp eye for aesthetics, typography, and detail
  
  
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B or developer-focused products
  
  
• Motion design or light video editing skills
  
  
• Understanding of design systems
