Contract Type: Full-Time (1 Vacancy)

Summary: We are looking for an Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (EORE) Facilitator to conduct explosive ordnance risk education sessions, raise awareness of mine and explosive remnants of war risks, and promote safe behaviours within the community.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate activities regularly.
• Providing psychological first aid.
• Support in mobilizing the local community.
• Monitor visitors and ensure the security of equipment and materials in the CFS.
• Preparing and equipping the spaces designated for the implementation of activities before the beneficiaries attend, requesting materials and tools necessary for the activities on a monthly basis.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination, and the safety of beneficiaries at all times.
• Identify children at risk and refer them to child protection case managers.
• Assisting with any other related tasks aimed at improving the overall workflow and efficiency of the team.

Professional Qualification and Experience:

Essentials:

• Bachelor's degree is a minimum required.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in working with children.
• Good in both oral and written communication in Arabic & English.
• Strong interpersonal relations skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment respecting diversity and acting as a role model, contributing to a respectful and conducive workplace environment, and observance of organization values.

• Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
• Problem-solving, time management, and negotiations skills.
• Reporting skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Active and trusted in the local community.
