ICP Field Assistant

Contract Type: Full-Time (1 Vacancy)

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working on Field Assessment & Distribution on field.
• Coordinating with team leader.
• Assisting on daily and weekly reports for assessments and distribution according to targeted areas and beneficiaries.
• Communicating with beneficiaries to make accurate identification of vulnerable groups.
• Data entry.
• Implementing distribution activities according to project plans.
• All other volunteer assignments may be required to improve the work process.
• Supporting elderly individuals and persons with disabilities during assessments and distribution activities, ensuring safe access, prioritization, and tailored assistance according to their specific needs.

Professional Qualification and Experience:

Essentials:

• Bachelor's Degree is a minimum required.
• Minimum of one year of previous experience with NGOs.
• Good command of the English language.
• Good command of the MS Word and Excel.
• Reporting skills.

Desirable:

• Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines.
• Time Management skills.
• Commitment to the vision, mission, values, principles, and aims of GOPA-DERD.
• Flexibility and ability to easily adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced work environment.
• Training and practical experience in communicating and supporting elderly individuals and persons with disabilities, applying inclusive approaches and ensuring safe access to services.
