Submission method:

Offers should be submitted signed and stamped by email with the tender number, addressed to Oxfam, containing:

1. The first file: Administration files contained the requested administration files in the TOR. 
2. The second file: Stamped and signed the TOR in addition to the requested documents in the TOR.
3. The third file: stamped and signed financial offer 

Notes:

1. Oxfam reserves the right to change the timeline dates.
2. Oxfam is not obligated to accept the lowest price offer.
3. Oxfam reserves the right to cancel the tender without giving reasons to bidders.
4. Oxfam's special procurement committee reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without reasons.
5. Issuing this invitation does not constitute any obligation by Oxfam to award the contract, nor does it commit Oxfam to pay any costs incurred by the bidder to prepare or submit the offer.
