مناقصة: خدمة توفير نظام قسائم التوزيع الإلكتروني

تدعو جمعية عطاء للإغاثة الإنسانية مزوّدي الخدمات الذين لديهم خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات الإنسانية إلى تقديم عروض أسعار ضمن ظروف مختومة، وذلك بهدف إبرام اتفاق إطاري للتعاقد مع مزود خدمة  لتوفير نظام قسائم التوزيع الإلكتروني بحسب المواصفات المرفقة ، وبما يملكونه من قدرة لوجستية تتيح لهم تغطية جميع المحافظات السورية.

يجب على المورد المتقدم للمناقصة التأكد من المعلومات التالية:

• يجب تقديم العروض في ظرفين- ظرف فني يحتوي كافة الوثائق المتعلقة بالمناقصة بدون العرض المالي/ظرف مالي يحتوي العرض المالي فقط (يتم وضع الظرفين ضمن ظرف واحد بعد تحديد عنوان  كل ظرف ( الظرف الفني و الظرف المالي)
• سلامة اغلاق الظرف بشكل محكم .
• وجود ختم وتوقيع المورد على مكان اغلاق الظرف.
• عنوان ورقم هاتف المورد بالتفصيل .
• كتابة رقم المناقصة على الظرف بشكل واضح ورقم طلب الشراء.
• اغلاق الظرف بمادة لاصقة (الصمغ / .... ).

ATAA Humanitarian Relief Association invites service providers with experience working with humanitarian organizations to submit sealed quotations for the purpose of establishing a Framework Agreement with service provider for the provision of E-Distribution voucher System according to required specs and terms, and with the logistical capacity to cover all Syrian governorates.

The Bidder submitting the tender must verify the following information:

- The quotation must be submitted in two envelopes: a technical envelope containing all documents related to the tender without the financial offer / financial envelope containing the financial offer only / (The envelopes are placed within one envelope (both envelopes should be titled whether it is technical offer or financial offer)

- The safety of closing the envelope tightly.

- The presence of the supplier's seal and signature on the place where the envelope was closed.

- Address and phone number of the supplier in detail.

Write clearly the tender number on the envelope and the purchase order number.

- Seal the envelope with adhesive (glue / ....).

You can obtain the tender documents by writing to us via the official email and writing the tender code in the address and sharing the company information (company representative - company name - phone number) and missing these details will not be answered on the email.
