EMERGENCY ONG ETS is an independent international organization founded in Italy in 1994 to provide free, high quality medical and surgical treatment to the victims of war, landmines and poverty. EMERGENCY has been operating in war scenarios for almost 30 years, offering lifesaving specialized medical services such as war surgery and trauma care or basic medicine for populations affected by conflicts. Currently EMERGENCY operates in Afghanistan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iraq, Italy, OPT, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Ukraine, Uganda and in the Mediterranean Sea with the search and rescue ship “Life Support”.
