Operation Officer (HR and Finance)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review all supporting documents related to financial payments before submitting them to the approvals.

Update the cashbook.

Archiving all supporting documents in the related file on Share-Point.

Close coordination with FSP to make sure all payments are processed correctly.

Longlisting for advertised positions and attending interviews.

Fill all forms related to interviews. 

Support on preparing the monthly payroll. 

Support collecting the signed TS and contracts from field staff.

Support the program team for any needs in the office. 

Close coordination with finance and HR team in HQ office.

AOB needed from finance and HR to run the activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

University or Institute Degree in Economy, Finance, business management.

Training courses in finance, HR and program management (preferably in Humanitarian aid projects and complicated contexts).

English language proficiency: Good (speaking, writing and reading).

MS-Office proficiency: Advanced (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Good communication and social skills.

Self-management, flexible and responsible.

Demonstrated ability to train and improve capacity building of project field and HQ assistants and volunteers.

Empathy with organizational vision, mission, goals and objectives; commitment to humanitarian principles and actions.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

Able to travel if needed to other Bahar offices.

Periodic reports submitted to the direct supervisor.

Monitoring and evaluation processes conducted by the finance manager.

Reports of attendance, absence, and professional compliance submitted by HR manager.

Willingness to work for extra hours as necessary.

Willingness to work in a location different from that stated in the contract.
